使用方法：

首次建议使用半粒，办事前2-3小时使用。如果没有达到满意程度，可改服一粒。最大用量一粒半（不推荐使用）。用红糖水、蜂蜜水或者糖水送服可以降低不适反应。

不适反应：

常见有恶心，头晕，鼻塞等；严重的可能会出现头痛，腹泻等。不适反应都是暂时的，很快会消失，不会影响身体健康。

注意事项或禁忌：

1.最近半年有心脏病和中风发病史的患者不能使用；

2.使用前2小时别喝茶、酒、功能性饮料，会影响药效；

3.使用前2小时不能吃油腻腥辣的食物，影响药效；

4.使用后不建议喝酒（虽然酒精的影响低），会增加心脑血管和神经系统的不良反应；

5.请勿过量使用；

6. 不可同降压药（硝酸酯类）使用；

7. 未满18岁禁止使用本品。
